Gotu Kola Extract

Centella asiatica, commonly known as Gotu Kola, brahmi, Indian pennywort and Asiatic pennywort, is a herbaceous, perennial plant in the flowering plant family Apiaceae. It is native to the wetlands in Asia. It is used as a culinary vegetable and as a medicinal herb.

In Asian folk medicine the bamboo plant is renowned for its health benefits, with parts of it being used in various traditional herbal medicines throughout India and China. ​Bamboo Tea is rich in silica. Silica is an abundant mineral in the body important for bone and other rigid tissue health, that declines as we age. It’s a building block of collagen, a protein the body uses to rejuvenate skin and joints.

Lavender Oil

In Asian traditional medicine, lavender has long been used for its “cooling” effect and for helping the “Shen,” or mind, by cooling the heart, helping people relax and find relief from troubles in the mind that give rise to tension in the body. Lavender is a traditional remedy for headaches; both internally as a tea and externally as an essential oil, rubbed into the temples.

Tumeric

Turmeric is a flowering plant, Curcuma longa of the ginger family, Zingiberaceae, the roots of which are used in cooking. This herbaceous plant is native to South Asia and Southeast Asia. Tumeric is long used in Ayurvedic medicine, where it is also known as haridra.

The oat (Avena sativa), sometimes called the common oat, is a species of cereal grain grown for its seed. The oat beta-glucan health claim applies to hydrolyzed oat bran. Kojic Acid

Kojic acid is a chelation agent produced by several species of fungi, especially Aspergillus oryzae, which has the Japanese common name koji. Kojic acid has antibacterial and antifungal properties. Kojic acid is commonly used in cosmetics to lighten skin.
